Sibusiso
A documentary on a centre for mentally disabled children in Arusha, Tanzania. Mentally disabled children have limited possibilities to realize their development potential because within the Tanzanian culture a handicap is often regarded as a taboo and a punishment from God. Sibusiso's mission is to increase acceptance.
